My name is Marcel Teixeira, and I am an IT professional with over a decade of experience helping businesses improve their operations through technology.
Throughout my career, I have worked as an IT Manager in a large logistics company in Brazil, where I led multiple initiatives focused on automation, system integration, and infrastructure improvement. These projects were not only technical implementations — they were designed to solve real business problems.
By optimizing processes, integrating systems such as ERP platforms, and automating workflows across departments, I was able to help reduce operational costs, increase efficiency, and support the company’s growth without requiring additional physical expansion. In one example, I redesigned a multi-step operational process and reduced it from four steps to a single streamlined workflow, cutting workforce requirements by approximately 75%.
In parallel, I also founded and managed an IT consulting company, where I worked directly with clients to design and implement technology solutions aligned with their business goals. This included cloud adoption, infrastructure planning, and process optimization.
Today, I am based in the United States, where I am continuing to expand my expertise through a Master’s degree in Leadership, Management, and Technology, with a focus on Business Data Analytics. My goal is to combine strong technical knowledge with strategic decision-making to help organizations operate more efficiently and grow sustainably.
